What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we use it.
Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you ask about a piece, place an order, or contact us through a form on this website.
Order details — the pieces you buy or ask about, delivery notes, and photos you choose to send us.
Basic usage data — standard web logs and page-view counts that keep the site working. We do not sell this data.
To answer your questions, hold a piece, arrange delivery and keep you posted on an order.
To contact you about what you asked about, by phone, email, or text message where you have opted in.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of an SMS/text-message opt-in — your phone number and your consent — is used solely by Jimmy's Home Furnishings to send the messages you asked for, and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
If you opt in to text updates, we send service messages about your order, delivery or request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You give consent by checking the text opt-in box on a form on this site or by texting us first. We honor STOP requests immediately. The full text-message terms are at /sms-terms.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
